Although this vibrant company was only created in 2007, the proprietor, Janis Thomson, has over 30 years experience of hospitality and corporate events.
Following the attainment of professional membership of the Institute of Hospitality in 1975 Janis joined the Royal Air Force as a catering officer. Serving almost 4 years at the RAF College Cranwell she was involved with a number of royal and high profile visits. Later Janis was a lecturer in the catering department of Moray College. In her most recent role with The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award she arranged a number of conferences and large scale presentations. In the intervening years Janis has been involved with many weddings, social functions and other family gatherings.
